The mission of the John M. Cuelenaere Library is to provide and promote library services to meet the needs of every member of the community. Anyone can walk in to use the services. The library has a section specifically geared towards youth and teens. They have fast wi-fi, video game rentals, free music streaming, free Netflix, and free access to Creativebug (a product to help learn how to do hobbies and crafts such as gardening and woodworking). They have e-books and audio books, as well as sheet music. They also have a section for language learning, including Indigenous languages. They also have a 200-seat movie theatre, where you can watch movies for free!

The library is open 8:30 am – 9 pm, Mondays to Thursdays, and 8:30 am – 5 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
