The Prince Albert Housing Authority is dedicated to the provision of adequate, affordable, and secure housing for the community. They currently manage 953 social housing units for seniors, non-elderly singles, and families. You must be 18 years or older to access their services.  The rent is calculated at 30% of gross adjusted household income.

You can pick up physical applications from their office, or you can find their application online. Applications can be mailed, faxed, dropped off at their office, or emailed! Along with verification of all sources of current income, most recent income tax return/tax summary, asset declaration forms, and landlord references. Please ensure when submitting your housing application you also include Current Income, Proof of Income, (income tax, notice of assessment or other) as well as your Landlord References. Having this information will speed up the approval process for your application. The Prince Albert Housing Authority believes that everyone deserves shelter with respect. One common misconception is that you need children to apply, you do not need to have children.
