FEATURED YOUTH ARTWORK
Artist: Kayla Cockle
Artist Statement:
I’m a self-taught artist and have been making art since I could pick up a pen! I live in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan with my lovely family and create art in my mess of a bedroom studio.
My use of mediums are never limited, though I mainly focus on pencil crayons and acrylic paint. In my art, I strive to teach emotion and showcase what mental health looks like, raising awareness in that position. I also love seeing the smiles on people’s faces when I’m able to create something they love!
