The Early Childhood Intervention Program is a non-profit program that provides support for families with children (from newborns to school-entry age) who are at risk for, have a diagnosis of, or exhibit developmental delay. It is a completely free and voluntary program that you can get access to through self-referral, doctor referral, or parent referral.
